Biographies
Bryan David Poisson — Bryan, founding Principal, established Approach Architects in 1996.
A registered architect in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire, and Maine, NCARB certified, and a member of the American Institute for Architects, Bryan serves as project Principal and senior collaborative designer for all of the firm’s commissions. He is responsible for the development of the firm’s structure, project organization and delivery processes, as well as management and contract negotiations
Bryan has recently received his LEED certification from the U. S. Green Building Council. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program was developed to promote sustainable development and building practices.
Bryan graduated from Phillips Academy, Andover, and went on to pursue his pre–professional architectural degrees at Washington University in St. Louis. He completed his studies at the University of Michigan where he earned his Master of Architecture Degree.
Bryan and his family reside in Marblehead, Massachusetts.
Christian MacQuarrie Klein — Christian, Partner and Senior Architect, joined Approach Architects in 2001.
An NCARB certified and Massachusetts registered architect, Christian is past founder and principal of CKDC, a design and consulting firm aimed at meeting the needs of the Financial Services sector. Christian serves as collaborative designer and project manager on many of the firm’s commissions. He is also the senior graphics designer and director of information services for the firm.
Christian received undergraduate degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of technology. He returned to MIT to complete his studies, earning a Master of Architecture degree in 1997.
Christian and his family reside in Arlington, Massachusetts.
