Scope

The Utility Workers Union of America Local 369 own and operate a large commercial and function facility in Braintree. We became involved with the union when they were looking to upgrade some windows and needed some permit drawings. As the project developed, the scope changed to include completely replacing the exterior finish on the building.

A year later, the union wanted to resurface their parking lot. As they went to proceed, they were required to make the main entrance to the function hall accessible. We worked with the union to reconfigure the entrance and bathrooms to affordably bring the space up to code.
